As recently as two centuries ago, the planet Yzore was still in a nearly prehistoric state, since the Neblitzi were capable of tremendously inventive thought but the Salivrasters were incapable of following all but the simplest instructions. Recently, however, the Marmali have begun to colonize Yzore, bringing with them tremendous advances in technology. Neblitzi now can use computers to communicate, record their thoughts, and play Gnorblian Checkers.
